            • Subject to Patan Jurisdiction|100% Advance Payment by Cheque or D.D in favor of “BASIC INFOTECH”

            • Delivery within 7 days from the date of purchase order

            • Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged

            • Warranty of the parts as per terms of distributors or company

            • In Government sector payment must be accepted by cheque or D.D

            • Warranty 1 year from the date of purchase on applicable items.

            • Our risks & responsibility ceases on delivery of goods leave our premises

            • we are not responsible for any damage or missing goods, once you leave our office, so kindly check each and every material as mentioned in chalan/Invoice

            • Defect due to mishandling, burnt, in appropriate usage, plastic parts & cable are not covered under warranty

            • Only parts billing & carry in service

            • No Software services provide from us.

            • Only parts warranty provide from us

            • Parts replacement time minimum 30days.

            • Cheque return charges Rs.500/-

            • Interest @24% p.a will be charged if payment is not cleared within 15 days from the bill date
